Reclaim Your Time & Focus on What Matters
Initial Connection
Starting a partnership with a Virtual Assistant is designed to feel seamless and supportive — the goal is to help you reclaim your time and create space to focus on your clients and the growth of your practice. My onboarding process ensures that we take the time to clearly understand your administrative needs and set up a strong foundation for smooth collaboration.
The process begins with a brief, no-pressure phone call to confirm your interest and answer any initial questions you may have about working together. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll move forward with an in-depth one-hour consultation. During this meeting, we’ll explore your current administrative workflow, identify where support is most needed, and discuss how I can help you create more breathing room in your day.
Once you’ve decided to move forward, you’ll receive a simple onboarding package which includes a Client Information Sheet and Service Agreement to complete and sign. You’ll also receive a Welcome Packet that outlines everything you need to know about working with me — from communication expectations to payment policies and helpful resources.

Trial Week — Finding the Right Fit
To ensure the best fit for both your needs and your chosen package, we’ll begin with a trial week. This allows us to gauge the flow of tasks and confirm whether the package you've selected matches the amount of administrative support your practice requires. After the trial week, we can reassess and make any necessary adjustments to ensure you're set up for success.
The Goal: Streamlined Support
By bringing on a Virtual Assistant, you are not only getting back valuable time — you’re creating more space to focus on client care and professional growth. Let me help you take the day-to-day administrative work off your plate so you can return your focus to what matters most: your clients and your practice.
